Applicant (Self-Employed Individual):
- Proof of business existence for atleast two (2) years
- TRN
- Photo ID
- Two passport size photographs
- Proof of address (recent utility bills from at least two separate companies)
- Bank print out for the last six (6) months
- Proof of income/business transactions i.e. proof of sales, purchases, expenses for the past 6 months
Guarantor:
- TRN
- Photo ID
- Pay slips for the last three months
- Proof of address (recent utility bills from at least two separate companies)
- Must be currently employed for at least one year with a recognizable company that does salary deductions
