LOAN OFFICER- (Montego Bay)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Being an Ambassador for AIM Financial

 Ability to quickly analyze high volumes of data and trends.
 Assess and address irregularities
 Willingness to provide the ultimate customer service experience
 Ability to multitask efficiently

QUALIFICATION
 Micro-Finance experience (must)

JOB SUMMARY 
The successful applicant for the position of MARKETING ASSISTANT will report to the Marketing Officer and will be responsible for managing the Customer Service needs of our customers via our Digital Media Portals. The chosen candidate should be committed to the organization’s values and mission by ensuring the relevance and accuracy of information represented on all Media Platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to all incoming communications from our customers via all Social Media Platforms.
• Timely updating of all Social Media Platforms with current information and promotion related information as required.
• Obtain quotations as required for budgeting purposes. 
• Co-ordinate and schedule approved arrangements with External Media Houses, Marketing Agencies etc.
• Provide reports and updates on useful information derived from daily interaction with customers via the social media Platforms.
• Conduct Marketing research (when required).
• Manage the procurement and distribution of Promotional Material inventory.
QUALIFICATION
• Must be social media Savvy, organized and Detail oriented
• Effective and timely written communication and interpersonal skills
• Digital graphics skills (would be an asset)
• Ability to multitask well.

BRANCH SUPERVISOR (MANDEVILLE)

JOB SUMMARY
 
The position of Branch Supervisor performs direct supervisory duties of department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans. Manage the daily activities of the branch and ensures that department activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the department; and provides a high level of customer relations and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the Loan Servicing Department
• Ensures accurate and timely servicing of the company’s loan portfolio
• Oversees the production of loan documentation 
• Servicing and closing of all loans
• Ensures loans and agreements comply with local legislation, and the company’s policies and procedures; 

QUALIFICATION
• At least 3 years proven working experience as a Loan Supervisor
• Proven Micro- Financing Experience (must)

• Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will handle the flow of people through the business and will also be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. All responsibilities will require high levels of accuracy, must be delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve visitors by pleasantly greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Directs visitors telephone calls and queries efficiently and completely
  • Provide copies of relevant documents to customers and staff as requested.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing etc.
 
QUALIFICATION
  • Applicants who reside in surrounding environs of Portmore/St. Catherine area preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a receptionist
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
