Business Development Officer (Mandeville)

JOB SUMMARY:
The selected Business Development Officer will be responsible for:

  • Creating new business deals and opportunities;
  • Maintaining key business relationships;
  • Preparing comprehensive loan documentation for approval in compliance with company and local legislation;
  • Promoting and Marketing the company’s products and service.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  • Achieving established targets;
  • Portfolio Growth vs prior timelines;
  • Adequate time management;
  • Optimization of key business opportunities;
  • Maintenance of relationships with key and new stakeholders;
  • Accurate and timely customer service;
  • Clear and timely feedback.
 
QUALIFICATION
  • Dynamic and engaging personality;
  • BSc. in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field;
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle;
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a successful Senior Loans Officer/Supervisor in a Micro Financing institution.
  • Supervisory Experience (would be an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
  • Customer Service Trained
  • Customer-focused.
  • A proven team player

Loan Officer (Mandeville)

JOB SUMMARY:
The selected Loans Officer will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing our service experience
  • Assist qualified applicants to obtain the financial assistance they deserve.
  • Creating new business deals and opportunities
  • Maintaining key business relationships
  • Preparing comprehensive loan documentation for approval in compliance with company and local legislation;
  • Promote, market and cross-sell the company’s products, service, specials and rewards.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  • Being an Ambassador for AIM Financial.
  • Observed willingness to provide the ultimate customer service experience.
  • Timely feedback in accordance with our customer service standard.
  • Observed ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Timely reports as required.
  • Leading the charge towards assessing and addressing irregularities.
  • Adequate levels of engagement in activities geared towards building our customer base.
 
QUALIFICATION
  • An effective and engaging communicator with high energy level and persuasion skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze high volumes of data and trends.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Acquired Micro-Finance as a Loan Officer experience (at least 2 years)
  • Ability to meet, maintain and exceed targets assigned.
